Years of work with cemeteries have taught us that no two properties or projects are alike. Our fees are most often based on units (i.e. graves, acreage) and the quantities of those units in the project. They are also guided by specific details of the site and desired services.

For these reasons, our proposals require an accurate map of the site that includes the area limits (property boundaries, if applicable), existing roads, utilities, easements or rights-of-way and for most sites, contours. An accurate base map of existing conditions is critical for the most functional, cost-effective and attractive design.

To request a proposal, this type of mapping may be mailed in print form or e-mailed to us (info@greverandward.com) by your local surveyor or engineer. If you aren't sure of what information is needed, please call.
